The rooms were spotlessly clean, had a balcony, and the location was excellent with free on-site parking available.

My room was reasonably spacious and quiet with balcony, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The location was GREAT for traveling around Palermo, right by many restaurants and cafes, the center, and the city centre.

I truly enjoyed to be here, everything was brand-new. Everyone was fantastic as well as owner. Walk from a train station, the location was PERFECT and peaceful, close to everything important. Btw, it was within walking distance of Massimo Theater.

This place is modern, wonderful with a balcony, and the staff are incredibly friendly and fantastic.

The location of the B&B was perfect, with easy access to everything in Palermo. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, but it didn't dampen our overall experience. The recently renovated rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, with modern amenities and a cozy balcony. In the morning, Daniela served a delightful breakfast with fresh Sicilian pastries. The B&B's location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and major attractions. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

As a tourist, I loved the excellent location of this B&B, right in the heart of the city. the room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, providing every facility I needed. the balcony was a lovely addition, perfect for relaxing in the evening. the personal service during breakfast was a great touch, with the owner or his mother ensuring a delightful start to the day. the free parking nearby was convenient for those traveling by car. it was the best place I stayed in Sicily, with a central location, attentive hosts, and comfortable rooms.

Felt instantly at home, no complaints at all.
